Harbor Payments receives back-to-back AeA “Spirit of Endeavor” awards, this year for top emerging technology business in the Southeast
Atlanta, GA, September 20, 2006 – Harbor Payments, the leading provider of next-generation electronic billing, invoicing and payments management solutions, recently was recognized as the Southeast’s Top Emerging Technology Business at AeA’s (American Electronics Association) 2006 Southeast Spirit of Endeavor Awards Ceremony held September 14 at the Fox Theater in downtown Atlanta. Harbor Payments Founder and CEO Ashish Bahl also received AeA’s Spirit of Endeavor Award in 2005 for Technology Entrepreneur of the Year. “We are truly honored to be recognized once again by AeA for the 2006 Southeast Spirit of Endeavor Award,” said Ashish Bahl, CEO of Harbor Payments. “Harbor Payments has experienced explosive growth over the last 12 months, signing several blue chip reseller agreements and numerous additional Fortune 1000 clients. The annual AeA Southeast Spirit of Endeavor Award is open to the entire technology industry and honors leading technology executives and companies based in Alabama, the Carolinas, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee. Categories include Outstanding Leadership, Technology Entrepreneur, Emerging Business, Technology Innovation, and Leadership in Technology Education by a Technology Organization, with winners selected by a distinguished panel of experts from the technology industry.
