Harbor Payments Names Michael Upton as Chief Operating Officer

Atlanta, GA, February 24, 2006 – Harbor Payments today named Michael Upton Chief Operating Officer, effective March 1, 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Upton will be responsible for all Harbor Payments production operations, implementation processes, project management, account management and client care, as well as the research and development efforts on all of Harbor Payments’ technology platforms, including Invoice Harbor, Payment Harbor, and Billing Harbor. Mr. Upton will report directly to Ashish Bahl, CEO of Harbor Payments.

Mr. Upton is the former Senior Vice President and General Manager of ePayments at Certegy, Inc., a NYSE listed leading global provider of payment services to financial institutions, retailers, and the gaming industry. Prior to his career at Certegy, Mr. Upton held senior operational management positions at John H. Harland Company and several medium sized fast growth software companies, helping them position for profitability and operational efficiencies.
