Harbor Payments Enhances the Functionality of its Invoice Harbor EIPP Platform with UPS

Atlanta, GA, December 21, 2005 – Harbor Payments, Inc., the leading provider of next generation electronic invoicing, billing and payment solutions, has announced that it has just closed on an agreement with UPS to greatly enhance the system functionality on its Invoice Harbor EIPP platform, to be completed in July 2006. This represents one of the largest direct deals on functionality enhancements with a single client in Harbor Payment’s history, and when completed will be a great enhancement to the system and benefit to the UPS customer. Along with expanding functionality, the enhancements will continue to fuel unprecedented adoption of UPS customers that use the platform and will continue to support Harbor Payment’s strategy to capture market share and be the market leader in the EIPP industry.
