Client's Needs   Insuring over 80,000 drivers has provided many challenges for the company. To complement its 24/7 claims service hotline to its policyholders, the insurance company wanted to provide a 24/7 billing solution to both its policyholders and CSR’s.
     
Solution:   The company selected Harbor Payments to provide online EBPP, Payment Only, and IVR solutions. These three independent modules enable presentment and ACH payments(recurring or one-time) via either the web, IVR, or CSR. The combination of these three solutions provide policyholders and CSR’s with real-time access to billing and policy information through a truly complete set of delivery methods.
     
Resulting Benefits:   Higher Customer Satisfaction – policyholders can now pay how they want/when they want. Fewer Late Payments/Policy Cancellations – CSRs have the ability to receive last minute/emergency payments on a real-time basis. Lower CSR Call Volume – policyholder online access to policy information has significantly reduced call volume.
